Plot owners who had plot on papers only will own plot for real. Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana on 08/08/2013 vacated the stay on the draw for alternate plots in lieu of disputed plots in Sector 27, 28, 42,43, 51, 52, 57 etc
HUDA has been directed to conduct draw with 4 months.
Plot owners to whom the plot has not been handed over on any pretext, be it litigation, encroachment or other wise are advised to check with HUDA whether their plot is in list of disputed plots made by HUDA, if not then owner should pursue and get his/her plot included the list of disputed plots which are to be considered for draw of alternate plots.

ReplyDeleteI dont think there is an existing list of the disputed plots. HUDA is just sending letters to plot owners whose plots are not been alloted as yet. If you have the letter, it support your claim. These is no news of HUDA next draw date.
