DeleteDate of draw of disputed plots has extended and fresh approvals are being sought. If everything stays good that it should not take more than 30 days for HUDA to formalize the date of new draw.
ReplyDeleteHas the 382 plots that have been cleared already handed over to the allotees. Will the new plots of the remaining allotees will be given in Sec 57 or some other sectors?

ReplyDeleteDoes the other sectors command the same locational value as Sector 57. It will be unjust on the part of HUDA if they give a poor location as compared to the current location of the plot in Sector 57

ReplyDeleteThere are still many plots available in Sector-57. HUDA will try and accommodate the disputed plot holders in their parent sector only. In case there are no plots left in the similar category then there are chances that you might be allotted elsewhere.
There are also chances that you many get plots in sector 27, 42, 47, 49 which are much & relatively posh than Sector-57. Chances of getting plots in Sector-9 or 10 which are not considered as good as sector 57 are mild.

Thanks for the reply. Given a chance that HUDA allots a plot out of Sec 57, in that case which is best sector to opt for the plot. Also, will the allotee have to pay the enhancements for the plot in different sector even though there is no decision on the enhancement of Sector 57 plot
ReplyDeleteI think we do not have choice. In case we are given a plot outside 57 then I think the rates as applicable for that sector only will apply and is to be paid by us.
ReplyDeleteSIR, I WISH TO ASK THAT YOU, ON VIEWING MY A/C WITH HUDA I FIND THAT IT IS SHOWING HUGE SUM AS PAYABLE BY ME, DUE TO ENHANCEMENT LOADED BY THEM, WHEARAS I HAVE PAID THE AMT DUE AS PER ORIGINAL DUES IN INSTALMENTS YEARLY. THEY ARE ALSO CALCULATING INTEREST AND PENALTY. SHOULD I WRITE TO THEM IN THIS REGARD, OR WAIT FOR FRESH ALLOTMENT BY THEM AND ASK THEM AFTERWARDS.. PL ADVISE.
ReplyDeleteDear Ms Waswani, It is always better to clarify the accounts of your plot. Please don't rely on online status of amount due on your plot. In case you get plot in some other sector, the payment liability onto you shall be applicable as that of your initial sector of allotment which in your case is Sector-57. Which means if your are allotted plot in different sector, you will have to pay as per payment schedule of Sector-57.
ReplyDeleteSir, I have deposited all the dues regarding my plot in sector 57, but possession of the plot has not been offered to me till date. Please, tell me whether Huda will refund me the interest @ 9% on the said amount on account of non offer of possession as per the rule of HUDA.
ReplyDeleteDear Mr Dahiya, There is problem with HUDA's approach, they charge the enhancement and subsequently the interest if the enhancement is not paid, irrespective of the fact that you have been given possession of the plot or not. Now this is the problem which lot many plot holders are facing and problem is genuine also. HUDA has to be dragged court for this and then only they will understand our concerns.
