As expected, HUDA succumbed in the front of Hon'ble High Court and the year long pain, suffering and agony has finally ended for residents of HUDA Sectors & HUDA Plot Owners.
On 12th August 2015 in the Punjab
& Haryana High Court, HUDA gave into the pressure from the bonfide
purchasers of reserved category HUDA plots throughout Haryana.
HUDA submitted
its policy to the Hon'ble Court wherein they validated all bonafide subsequent
purchasers who got re-allotment issued from HUDA after attaining Transfer Permission
from HUDA.
Besides this HUDA in its policy has also refused
to ask for any affidavit from the buyers and sellers of reserved quota plots.
In its policy presented in the court however said
that it will verify the fact if the original allottee has transferred the
fraudulently attained plot to its near & dear ones.
It is noteworthy that since last 1 year HUDA was harassing the owners, buyers & sellers of the reserved category plots. HUDA was not allowing constructions, sale, mortgage of those plots which fell under the suspicion of being multiple allotment.
